Coombe Lodge Wedding - Emma and Mike

Coombe Lodge wedding photography. This really was a lovely wedding. Felt like an age ago we had our Skype call and talked about their wedding. I remember talking about rugby, (Mike is a proud welshman and a rugby fan). We wondered if it might cause problems on the day as, at the time, there was some rugby going on, (I’m an England fan). After we concluded that it wouldn’t cause any issues between us they went ahead and booked me to photography their wedding. But things changed, they did for us all, and the wedding got postponed once or twice, rugby was all but forgotten by the time the wedding day could actually happen.

For these guys the big celebration was important, so they waited until the right time to have their big Coombe Lodge wedding. I would say it was worth the wait, it was quite epic!

Coombe lodge is just around the corner from where I live, (in comparison to some of the weddings I have further afield). It’s set in the little village of Blagdon and is one of the finest wedding venues you can book. Loads of space for lots of guests, and stunning scenery. The light is always really good too, which is great for photographers. Got the chance to work with a great videographer too, (who’s details I will post here as soon as I’ve got them!)

Hope you enjoy looking through Emma and Mike’s Coombe Lodge Wedding.
